Payton got her ears pierced!

Payton started asking to get her ears pierced the middle of February, which was funny because that is the exact same age Bailey was when she asked- February of first grade. We picked a date a couple weeks away to make sure she really wanted it done. She counted down and could hardly wait! She was so excited but kept asking if it would hurt- I kept hoping they would have 2 people working so they could pierce both at the same time or else I was afraid we would end up with 1 ear pierced instead of 2. She was so excited but so nervous when we got there. She just squeezed my hand and a teddy bear the whole time. She was so brave and did awesome! After the initial stinging stopped she was very excited to go pick out some cute earrings. It was so fun to see how excited Bailey and Payton were during the whole 2 weeks and then the whole process of getting them pierced and then picking out earrings together! It is so nice for them to be so close in age and have so much fun together!
