Baby #5 has arrived!

On March 22, 2011 at 8:16am baby Daxton was born! He came very fast like the other 4. He was 7lb 7oz. His sugar was low right at birth but after one bottle it went back up and he has been fine since. I went off insulin right after he was born and my sugars were really high the first day but they went down alot after the second day. Hopefully they will stay down.

We were so blessed to have Taylor's mom Ellen come into town on Saturday hoping I would have the baby this week. So when I had to go into the hospital at 4am we didn't have to call and wake any babysitters up. She has been an incredible help this week! She has taken care of the kids, cleaned the house, done the wash, made cookies, driven to soccer and theatre.... she has been amazing so that I could focus on the baby. We are so blessed to have her in our lives! Reality of 5 kids under 8 will set in when she has to leave.
Ellen brought the kids to the hospital a couple hours after the baby was born so the first picture was just at a couple hours old.

Daxton makes Romney look huge and he is only 20 months! All 4 kids love to hold him and kiss him. Bailey is 8 years old but keeps asking if she is old enough to babysit! I can't wait until she is old enough!
